ABTA, the pay-TV industry association, has begun a new phase of the debate on proposals to redefine the way the sector operates in Brazil. Working groups have finished collecting information and produced reports. A closed seminar was to be held to discuss the proposals next Friday, but the executive committee has decided to examine them first. It hasn?t set a new date for the seminar yet but still aims to complete the entire process by September 30.
