Alessandra Pontes, until recently in charge of customer relations at Sky, will be TAP Latin America?s official representative in Brazil as of January. Among her duties will be relations with ABTA, of which TAP is now a member. The Television Association of Programmers also plans to host a meeting in Brazil in January with top managers of Miami-based channels and ABTA to discuss the Brazilian economy and the outlook for 2003.
