Netsat has named Marcos Torres, 41, to replace Rossana Fontenelle as CEO of Sky. Mr Torres previously headed Telet, a cellular phone company. He graduated in engineering from Universidade Gama Filho and in marketing from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. He holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona. He served as an executive with AT&T International for 12 years.
